Parents will love the skills girls learn through the Cookie Program that help prepare her for personal success- the skills that make the Girl Scout Cookie Program part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience!
Getting started:
Before you sell:
Make sure your Girl Scout membership registration is current. Girls must be registered for the 2011-2012 membership year.
Have a parent or guardian complete the
Parent Permission and Responsibility Form
. You will receive this form from your Girl Scout Troop Cookie Manager and/or Leader. Permission from a parent or legal guardian is required.
Review safety measures with your parent or guardian:
Do not enter the home of a stranger!
Know whom to contact in case of emergency.
Use safe pedestrian practices, especially at busy intersections.
Do not carry large amounts of money.
Always sell Girl Scout Cookies with a buddy.
Always sell Girl Scout Cookies with an adult.
